    1. Buyers’ Presentation

    After our quick intro call, we’ll set up a an initial meeting over coffee to walk you through your custom home and buyers’ guide. We’ll go over your likes, dislikes, and goals, the current state of the market, and what you can expect through the buying process.

    2. Educational Walkthrough

    Your first home tour will be all about education. We’ll never pressure you to buy. You’re more likely to hear “why not” from us than “buy now.” We’ll use this time to better understand your likes and dislikes and to share advice on what to consider when evaluating homes.

    3. Offer and Negotiation

    After you’ve found a home you love, we’ll help you put together a compelling offer and negotiate on your behalf. We’ll work tirelessly to protect your interests and ensure you get the most for your money.

    4. Closing

    Once your offer is accepted, we’ll prepare a detailed timeline of important dates and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Often, the prospect of selling your home feels overwhelming. No one wants to leave money on the table, but most dread the tedious work of getting a home ready to sell for top dollar. We’re here to lighten your load. We’ll help you evaluate your home objectively and create a plan to get the best offer with the least amount of effort.

    You can ease your stress by reaching out early, but if you need to sell fast, we’ll move at a rapid pace.

    1. Home Visit

    After our initial call, we’ll set up a time to visit your home. We’ll walk through your home and collaborate with you on ways you can best present your home to attract as many buyers as possible.

    2. Data and Planning

    Next, we’ll come back to you with a custom sellers’ guide, which includes our market research, competitive analysis, repair and staging recommendations, and marketing plans for your listing.

    3. Preparation and Staging

    Once you’ve approved the plan, we can be as hands-on (or off) as you’d like. We’ll share our list of vetted local tradespeople. You can have us coordinate everything, including meeting workers at your property and supervising the work. Or we can collaborate to get this done efficiently and on your timeline.

    4. Negotiation and Offer Acceptance

    After launching on the market and once we’ve received offers, we’ll organize offers by price and risk terms, reviewing and negotiating on your behalf to ensure you get the best possible offer for your home.

    5. Closing

    After you’ve accepted an offer, we’ll provide a detailed timeline and list of to-dos. At every step, we’ll keep you updated on the status and communicate regularly with all parties (lenders, escrow officers, vendors) to work towards a smooth and timely closing.
