With a background in economics, political science, and sales, Ansel comes at real estate from and investment vantage point. His core negotiation skills match the philosophy of Hostage Negotiator, Chris Voss as described in Never Split the Difference. With a passion for for people, investment and entrepreneurship, Ansel is the team lead for our buyer clients. He’s the one you’ll call to see a home and he’ll be in the car 10 minutes later to meet you there. When not touring with clients or negotiating with brokers, you’ll find Ansel hiking Mr Si with “Jack the pup”, reading from the leather chair in the corner of a coffee shop, or cooking up something from Thomas Keller’s cookbook for a dinner party.

As a former Seattle math teacher, Josie sees providing clients data, market research, and education on the selling/buying process in clear and understandable ways invaluable. As the process and design oriented team member, she is the team lead on listings. When not helping clients, you’ll find her running with friends around Green Lake or along any waterfront, walking their dog Jack, planning the next season’s flower garden or enjoying a good book while sipping coffee (ask her for her favorite spots!).
